The Covalent Culture

OK...NERD alert! My love for Bio/Chem and all things science is about to be revealed! Covalent bonds create one of the strongest bonds found in nature! Diamonds, the exquisite gem used to ask someone to spend eternity with you, is one of the toughest substances naturally found on EARTH due to these bonds. But why are they so strong? These bonds are created when an atom SHARES electrons with another in order to become STRONGER! TEAMWORK to create something beautiful and resilient! So how is this concept applied to our coaching....  

Covalent Culture Coaching means sharing the BEST of each team member to make something beautiful! Learning and embracing the strengths AND weaknesses of each person as an individual to come together and paint a van Gogh caliber team that is capable of creating a legacy! It is training all to adopt a daily mindset that encourages a work environment where no one person is the smartest one in the room! Each day ideas...or electrons ;) can come together to create a force that can't be destroyed...just like the diamond!
